What this training covers

The anatomy you can actually feel

The Pericardium is a fibrous, ropey channel that runs straight down the centre of the forearm. You should be able to palpate it clearly before you needle it. This training shows you exactly what you're feeling for โ€” and what it means when the tissue is restricted.

PC3 โ€” the point most practitioners underuse

One needle, minimal stimulation, strong response. TJ calls it "a dink-dink and a whoa." You'll understand why after you watch this.

PC6 โ€” and the median nerve distinction that matters

Three fingers means nerve. Middle finger, flash and gone โ€” that's the channel. Most practitioners who damage this point aren't being reckless. They just don't know the difference. This training shows you exactly what to feel for.

The clinical logic underneath the points

Why this meridian behaves the way it does, what the tissue presentation tells you, and how your approach as a practitioner changes the result โ€” before a needle goes in.

TJ Frank

TJ Frank graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2005 and has spent twenty years in clinical acupuncture practice โ€” developing and refining a system that integrates acupuncture, shiatsu, and meridian theory into a coherent clinical approach.

He teaches meridians as anatomical structures โ€” fibrous, palpable, traceable โ€” not theoretical lines on a diagram. This training is built on twenty years of working out what actually produces consistent clinical outcomes.

"TJ is the real deal โ€” he passes down the wisdom of TCM and Zen Shiatsu in the most accessible and articulate way, with great depth and a sense of humour."
